Tushar Kapadia is our Chief Finance Officer, meticulously monitoring the financial health of the organization.
A brilliant Chartered Accountant, he joined Nucleus in November '95. His spectacular performance earned him the CFO's position in December '99.

Mr Prakash Paralkar is our President and leads the Company's Overseas Operations and Marketing functions. He is an engineering graduate and is a certified software engineer from one of the premier institutes of India i.e. NCST. He has solid experience in high volume data processing, document management, document conversion and content management since the past more than 20 years. He has been instrumental in setting up this division and bring it to a level of 1M US Dollars offshore revenue.

After having spent his initial 10-11 years in the Engineering industry he decided to shift to IT industry thru data processing domain. He served two organizations for 10 years and built reputation for himself as a man operationally strong to handle tonnes of documents and Terabytes of data using systematic approach and quality driven innovative processes. Under his leadership, Nucleus setup it's Art Studio which caters to needs of offshore clients in Yellow Pages Industry as well advertising industry. He was also instrumental in executing a large USMARC based cataloging project funded by UN and partnering a US firm in scanning books for a POD system. Due to many such innovative projects and challenges undertaken, Nucleus is now being looked upon as "A Service Provider with a difference".

T D Pani , who has taken over as VP since December 2005, has over fifteen years of professional experience and has worked in the top 5companies in India and overseas. He has handled major projects using spatial technology/GIS for many of the government, defense and private sectors both in India and abroad.

He posses a Masters qualification in Remote sensing and GIS from JNTU, Hyderabad, with specialization in Land Information System and M.Phil from the University of Madras with specialization in Urban Climatology. Prior to this assignment, he was heading the Business Development of BPL Innovision Technologies, the leader in mobile business and other industries. In the Middle East, he was associated with Al Babtain Trading Establishment, the
leading distributor for AutoDesk Solutions in this region.
