Mr. Suupriyo Sikdar, Suupriyo Sikdar is the CEO of NUCLEUS GIS AND ITES LTD., a Company providing various Document Management, Imaging and GIS Solutions for over a decade.

Mr. Sikdar is a true zealot. He is an energetic and a keen competitor strategizing and spearheading the company into the next level of growth. His role involves many facets like building relationships with the stakeholders, planning and directing the company growth plans, maturing the human capital, assimilating technology for development of products and services, consolidating business interests through partnership & acquisitions, and leading the company's marketing and sales activities.

He primarily specializes in leveraging value propositions towards raising the company's potential and acquiring adequate resources in keeping with the growth plans. His domain expertise includes hardware, software, ITeS (non voice), embedded systems, ERP's and Business Consulting.

Being an experienced and enthusiastic leader, he brings a total experience of over 27 years predominantly spanned in IT and ITeS Companies. His wholehearted style of marketing, operations and pacing of growth has benefited the companies he has worked with. Rising from the ranks, he has over 17 years experience in roles of VP to CEO, managing both large and small companies into quantum growths.

Mr. Sikdar is a Graduate in Science with Post Graduations in Management and Software Development.

T D Pani, who has taken over as VP since December 2005, has over fifteen years of professional experience and has worked in the top 5companies in India and overseas. He has handled major projects using spatial technology/GIS for many of the government, defense and private sectors both in India and abroad.

He posses a Masters qualification in Remote sensing and GIS from JNTU, Hyderabad, with specialization in Land Information System and M.Phil from the University of Madras with specialization in Urban Climatology. Prior to this assignment, he was heading the Business Development of BPL Innovision Technologies, the leader in mobile business and other industries. In the Middle East, he was associated with Al Babtain Trading Establishment, the leading distributor for Autodesk Solutions in this region.
